| Description: |
HJ25-150 Heavy duty hydraulic jacks are 25 tons capacity with a 150mm stroke (hydra-jacks) which are ideal for many operations, such as house jacking or temporary propping systems, the load can be mechanically held for long periods by locking the safety collar. |
|||||||||||||
| Installation: |
Hydra-Jacks are normally installed in between steel surfaces, bearing directly against concrete requires the use of steel spreader plates (200x200x20thk top). Its always better to leave a little too much headroom rather than not enough, use some of the jacks stroke to re-close the gap, the ideal installation height (gap) for this jack excluding any packing plates should be between 340 to 345 mm. |

| Operation: |
Using a single or pair of jacks with a single pump is relatively simple, however, multiple jacking requires the use of electronic monitoring and control systems to enable precise control of each jack. Special care must be taken when lifting structures such as bridges or buildings, please contact us for further advice. |

| Safety: |
Each individual hydra-jack is fully load tested prior to dispatch, test certificates are issued with this product, however, caution must be taken when using high pressure hydraulics, induction training is required. |
